A Revue Based on Poems by Gertrude Stein, by Elisabeth Schimana and Lu Zeininger

To mark the 25th anniversary of the Kunstradio production “patriarchal poetry—dance for daisies,” which also coincides with the 80th anniversary of Gertrude Stein’s death, Elisabeth Schimana and Lu Zeininger once again set out to explore resonances within Stein’s poetic world of words.

The poems Yet Dish (1913), Study Nature (1915), New (1924), and Stanza XIII (from Stanzas in Meditation – Part One, 1932) form the basis for this acoustic-musical exploration.
